What is

The Plan?

We all know what is considered healthy... eat your vegetables and exercise regularly, right?  If it were just that easy!  Unfortunately, between our underlying beliefs, thoughts, and emotions, all the confusing information out there and the stresses of everyday life it becomes anything but easy!

     I lost my dad to heart disease when he was only 51 years old.  It was an unexpected tragedy that impacted the way I view everything in life.  I almost immediately set off on a path of educating myself in all the causes of heart disease and ways to prevent it.  In the process I have learned that most of the western chronic diseases (heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and obesity) are all preventable with a lifestyle change.  However, it's much easier to SAY "lifestyle change" than to actually change our lifestyle.  That's where I come in... And I intend to help as many people as I possibly can.  Together, we CAN make the change.

   My plan for you as your Personal Health Coach is to use nutritional guidance, an exercise plan designed specifically for your needs, assistance in mind and body exercises to lessen stress, and tips for overall personal wellness to set you up for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
