Bringing my experience as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Nutrition Specialist, we will work together one hour each week.  Dealing with nutrition (including recipe ideas and cooking tips), physical activity, stress relief, personal wellness, and motivation, we take your likes, dislikes, time, family, thoughts, and emotions into consideration to help you create your own healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
